Privacy policy
This page explains which personal data Aridarum collects when you use the contact form, why, how long we keep it and how to exercise your rights. Last updated: October 21, 2026.
Who is responsible?
Aridarum, a UX / UI design and code workshop, is the data controller. For any question: contact [at] aridarum.com (contact[at]aridarum[dot]com).
Which data?
The contact form collects your name (required), first name, organization, phone number, email address (required), the subject of your request and your message (required). You choose what to enter in the optional fields. An acknowledgement is sent to the address you enter.
Why?
- To answer your request (quote, information, collaboration…). Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request and our legitimate interest in answering the messages we receive.
- To send you the newsletter, only if you switched the option on. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Your data is never sold, shared or used for cold outreach.
Your rights
You can access your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict its use, object to its processing and take it with you. To do so, write to contact [at] aridarum.com (contact[at]aridarum[dot]com); we answer within one month. If you think your rights are not respected, you can complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
Cookies
The site uses cookies described on the Use of cookies page.
For how long?
Messages received through the form are kept for 12 months, then deleted. The newsletter subscription lasts until you unsubscribe.
Who can see it?
The Aridarum team, and our technical providers for hosting the site and sending emails (OVHcloud, in France).
